Dante is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.  He has over 4 Years of experience in the commercial real estate development market as an investment analyst.  Subsequently, Dante worked for Stream Realty Partners as an Agent where he focused on sourcing off market industrial zoned land for institutional developers in the Inland Empire.  Dante is responsible for incubating and maintaining commercial and residential agent relationships throughout Southern California for Invest SoCal.

Jon has been appraising real estate for 16 years, and has performed home inspections for 9 years. Jon has inspected and appraised over 5,000 homes since 2005. His experiance serves the team as a consistent measure of property values, assessing the legal and physical features, background research, permit analysis, and consults on the future value of pending acquisitions.

Mary Jo Ter Meer

Transaction Coordinator
Extensive experience as a Real Estate Broker and Portfolio Manager for a Real Estate Investment Firm focused on Acquisitions, Land Entitlement, Construction Rehab, Interior Design, Property Management and Sales.

Managing the effort by negotiating the purchase, identifying the exit strategy; developing and implementing the construction rehab & design strategy; manage the vendors & construction timeline; handling owners associations issues and local authority requirements to bring the project to a successful completion. Ultimately marketing and negotiating the sale of the asset, while identifying and communicating risks and legal issues, keeping costs within budget, and achieving the best margin of profit.

Melissa Chelius

Born in Pennsylvania, but consider myself a California transplant as I have lived in Orange County since age 2. I grew up in the city of Orange and graduated from Villa Park High School upon which I attended California State University, Fullerton. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Cum Laude, with an emphasis in Corporate and International Financial Management. The core of my studies revolved around evaluating financial statements, analyzing cash flows, and triangulating firm valuation for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions. After starting a family of my own, I decided to put my finance degree to work and obtain my Real Estate License. I love the flexibility and the excitement of being in real estate sales and investing. The transition from my financial background has been a great asset for me in properly valuing real estate assets and being able to present what a property (or potential property) is worth. As an acquisitions associate, I am able to bring my 10+ year market knowledge to find off-market properties as well as procure deals and offers to our partner agents and investors.

Since then, he has cultivated relationships with private debt and equity providers whom he utilizes to broker capital to his investor clientele. As an acquisition associate, he utilizes his finance background to efficiently underwrite potential investment opportunities

Natalie was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in Orange County for the past 18 years. She is a wife and a mother to two beautiful children. In her free time, she loves attending her kids’ sports activities, running half marathons, hiking, volunteering at school and after school activities, and attending MLB games.

Natalie has been in the real estate industry for 15 years and began her real estate career as an Escrow Officer. While working in escrow, she desired to be more hands on in the process, since she had already mastered the administrative portion of the business. She discovered her passion for real estate from buying and selling several of her own properties. She was convinced that being a real estate agent was her calling when she would find herself attending open houses, just for fun…every weekend! Needless to say, she loves what she does and it definitely shows in the manner that she takes care of her clients. Her clients’ happiness and satisfaction is her #1 goal. He has spent 8 years working in real estate acquisitions for residential land developer, Suncal, and later a private equity firm, MDI Capital. He has acquired over $250 million dollars of commercial real estate property, including raw land, industrial. office and retail. His main role was to reach out to brokers to source deals, do initial underwriting, present to the executive team, and negotiate terms if the deal became a target asset.
